BIOgraphy
Nizhonislin Domingues is a member of the Apache, Navajo, Pomo, and Coast Miwok tribes.
He and his family live in Santa Rosa, and he began playing hockey with the Santa Rosa Flyers when he was 6 years old. He spent 5 years as a member of the team before moving on to play for the Vacaville Jets and Gold State Eagles.
As a natural athlete, Nizhonislin – Oni – practices jujitsu and represents NorCal Fighting Alliance in competitions. Traveling is one of his interests, going to hockey games, and furthermore taking part in cultural activities. He has also taken part in indigenous stewardship, cultural fire and firefighting training with the Yocha Dehe Fire Department. He wants to play hockey in college and get a degree in Fire Science.
